A slower roasting mellows this coffee and leaves you with nice notes of milk chocolate and caramel. This coffee has been decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Decaffeination process which removes the caffeine but leaves more of the coffee’s subtle flavors. Roasted to a light/medium, this coffee is a mild cup with soft notes and is very enjoyable to drink.
