Decaffeinated Coffees

Coffee that has been decaffeinated.  This will have been done prior to the beans being processed and dried and prior to roasting.  The decaffeinating processing is done with a variety of methods, including swiss water, mountain water and ester alcohol.  Each processing method attempts to minimize flavor disruption.
