Ethiopia Sidumo

Our Ethiopian Sidumo decaf is a light roasted coffee.   As always we roast a little slower to make sure the coffee is smooth all the way through.  This coffee was decaffeinated using the mountain water process which in our eyes manages to preserve the coffee flavors better than other decaf processes.  We find that this roast has a lovely lighter body with a lovely floral notes at the beginning of the sip and finishes with  very subtle red berries at the end.
