Tanzania Peaberry

Boasting a full body with medium acidity, this coffee offers the juiciness that comes from the acidity and a "roasty" finish due to the full body that compliments the acidity.  With subtle black currant and chamomile flavor notes this is a great coffee for those that really like a coffee that is a "cup of coffee".  A great daily drinker.

Peaberry coffee comes from a natural mutation in which a coffee cherry produces a single rounded bean instead of the usual two flat-sided halves. That small twist gives peaberries a reputation for having a livelier, more concentrated flavor, often described as brighter and sweeter than their regular-bean counterparts. Because they’re sorted out by hand and occur in relatively low quantities, they’re treated as a specialty offering, prized by people who enjoy exploring the subtle variations in coffee’s character.
