A more “traditional” coffee, Brazil Peaberry is roasting to a medium bodied coffee with a low acidity. This gives a nice coffee flavor with no aftertaste. Flavors of dark chocolate, and brown sugar when really fresh will yield to some nutty flavors as well as hints of raisins as the beans or grounds rest for a few days after roasting.
